Paralysis



When something goes wrong with our central nervous system and our brain is unable to pass massage to other parts of the body, in that condition our body will lose the ability to move or feel anything. This type of condition is called paralysis. In other words, paralysis is the inability, whether temporary or permanent, to move a part of the body. In almost all cases, paralysis is caused by nerve damage.

What happens when the body gets paralysed?

There are some factors that can affect the body in the case of paralysis.

The brain is unable to relay a signal to a part of the body
The brain is able to sense touch and other sensations in the body but unable to effectively relay a response
The brain is neither able to sense touch or other sensations nor can it send messages to that part.
